Spirit Academy’s 10-Tenets for Connecting with Spirit

1.  Gratitude – 'raise' your vibrational energy.

2.  Ground – keeps you in this 'present moment', space, and time.

3.  Clear – 'removes' any unwanted energy, so that you can feel your own energy.

4.  Protect – 'shields' from lower vibrational energies, releases limiting beliefs,  what no longer serves your highest & greatest good, for all energies concerned.

5.  Intention – provides the Universe a ‘road map’ to where you’d like to journey. It is also called ‘The Universal Law of Asking’.

6.  Invitation – engages the 'opening' to Spirit, calling in your Team in Spirit,  Gatekeeper, Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, Departed Love Ones, Light Beings from other Dimensions - Space & Time, and all other Spiritual Guides.

7.  Breath – equalizing, calming and 'integrating' your Mind, Body & Spirit.

8.  Meditate – making a 'Divine' connection; it is also called ‘The Universal Law of Listening’.

9.  Journal – 'record' your experiences, so that you can decipher and memorialize what the Universe is communicating to you.

10.  Close – acknowledge and 'thank' your Team in Spirit, all Beings that made their presence known, and the Divine Creator for showing up! You never leave your Spirit connection open, you MUST CLOSE IT!
