All readings are via Zoom and recorded, so you can be fully present and in the moment.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the email you signed up with is the email that you will confirm receipt of all emails.

You will receive 3 emails with instructions from Hello@RaineyDay.com, request for pictures, what you would like to focus on, so that your time is spent giving you the answers you seek. If you do NOT confirm all emails, your Session will be rescheduled. 

All pictures will be deleted after the Session to assure your confidentiality. Make sure you check your junk mail!

Acknowledgment is for providing instructions prior to your Session, so that your time is spent wisely, and for both her clients & Rainey’s legal protection. All terms & conditions must be agreed to.

Rainey holds personal liability insurance and those are the requirements under that policy. Thank you for understanding. 

A link to access your recording will be sent to you after the reading and will be available for 5 days. It is a ‘read’ only file and cannot be downloaded for insurance purposes. 

You will receive an email with a link from Zoom, so please check your spam folder, just in case.

If you have any difficulty with this link, please notify Rainey via text message to the number listed on the emails, so that she can provide assistance. 

REMINDER: Your file will be deleted after 5 days.

Rainey is a visual Medium and it helps with the connection.

Your confidentiality is important for Rainey; therefore, ALL pictures will be deleted immediately after your Session.

Rainey has found that sometimes the email you sign up with is not necessarily the email that you check - true LOL.

Please ensure that the email you sign up with is the email you will be monitoring and confirming all 3 correspondence emails prior to your Session. Also check your junk mail as sometimes they appear there.

Rainey's assistant will email you if we don't hear from you and  have not responded. Rainey will reschedule your Session. You will be given a chance to  reschedule should something happen to confirming these emails. 

ALL Sessions must be renewed within 2 months after rescheduling. There are NO refunds. 

It is vital that you read and confirm all emails because there are specific instructions for using Zoom and logging on. 

Rainey asks that you check download Zoom, check the Zoom link prior to your Session, and log on at a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your Session, so that you are ready.

If you are late to your Session, equivalent time will be deducted as Rainey might have a client right after you.
